These terms govern your use of Anypay (the "Service"). By connecting a wallet, sending a thing, or claiming one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Anypay lets you attach SOL and a chosen object to a social media handle. The transfer is made on the Solana blockchain to a vault address controlled by Anypay. The recipient may claim it by signing in with the social media account matching that handle, and nominating a Solana address to receive it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You must not use the Service where doing so would breach any law that applies to you, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and financial services laws.
Transactions on Solana are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted and confirmed, neither Anypay nor anyone else can reverse, cancel, amend or recall it. This includes transactions you made by mistake.

An error in any of the above may result in permanent, total and unrecoverable loss of funds.
A handle does not have to be registered with Anypay, and Anypay does not verify that a handle exists, is active, or belongs to any particular person. If you send to a handle that nobody ever claims, the funds remain unclaimed indefinitely. There is no expiry, return or refund mechanism.
If a handle is transferred, sold, renamed, impersonated, suspended or reassigned by the social platform, whoever can sign in with that account may claim anything addressed to it. Anypay cannot adjudicate ownership disputes over a handle.
To claim, you must sign in with the social account the gift was addressed to. Anypay reads only your public handle, display name and avatar. Anypay cannot post, follow or message on your behalf.
Anypay pays claims to the Solana address you provide. Anypay does not verify that you control that address. If you enter an address you do not control, the funds are lost and will not be replaced.
Between sending and claiming, funds are held in a vault address controlled by Anypay. During this period you do not have possession or control of them. Anypay does not pay interest on held funds and does not treat them as a deposit. Anypay is not a bank, a money transmitter, an exchange, a custodian for regulatory purposes, or a financial adviser.
All sends are final and non-refundable in all circumstances. See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You must not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk or abuse any person; to send anything unlawful; to launder money or finance crime; to evade sanctions; to interfere with, overload or attack the Service; or to attempt to claim anything addressed to a handle you do not control.
Anypay may refuse, delay, withhold or reverse any claim it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, unlawful, or made by someone other than the intended recipient, and may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Anypay does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service depends on the Solana network, third-party RPC providers, wallet software and social media platforms, none of which Anypay controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anypay and its operators are not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, arising from or connected to your use of the Service — including losses caused by your own mistake, by network failure, by smart contract or software defect, by wallet compromise, by social media account compromise, or by the acts of third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anypay and its operators against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from sending or claiming through the Service. Anypay does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report on your behalf.
Anypay may amend these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to transactions already completed.
