Refund Policy
Short version: there are no refunds. Not for any reason.
Last updated 9 September 2026
All sends are final. Once you confirm a transaction, it cannot be reversed,
cancelled, recalled or refunded by Anypay or by anyone else — including when the
send was a mistake.
No refunds, in any circumstance
Anypay does not issue refunds. This applies without exception, including where:
- you typed the wrong handle, or misspelled it;
- you chose the wrong platform — for example you meant the handle on Instagram and selected X;
- you sent to a handle that does not exist, is inactive, or is not the person you had in mind;
- you sent the wrong amount, or added a decimal place too many;
- you changed your mind, or the recipient did not react the way you hoped;
- the recipient never claims, and the gift sits unclaimed indefinitely;
- the handle was later renamed, sold, suspended or taken over by someone else, who then claimed it;
- you nominated a Solana address you do not control when claiming;
- your wallet or social media account was compromised;
- you were mistaken about how the Service works.
Why
Anypay settles on the Solana blockchain. A confirmed transaction is permanent by design: there is no chargeback, no dispute process and no central party who can undo it. Anypay cannot reverse what the network has already recorded, and does not maintain a fund to compensate mistakes.
Check before you confirm
Your wallet shows you the destination and the amount before you sign. That confirmation screen is the last point at which a mistake can be prevented. Before you approve:
- read the handle character by character;
- confirm the platform is the right one;
- confirm the amount, and the position of the decimal point;
- if it is a large amount, send a small one first and confirm it arrives.
Failed transactions
If a transaction fails on-chain, no SOL moves and there is nothing to refund. Network fees consumed by a failed transaction are taken by Solana validators, not by Anypay, and cannot be returned.
Unclaimed gifts
Unclaimed gifts remain in the vault. They are not returned to the sender, and there is no expiry after which they revert. Do not send to a handle expecting to get it back.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under law that cannot be waived. Where a mandatory consumer protection applies to you, it applies regardless of this policy.
